Activate the ones your company needs.
Each with its own workspace and dashboard.
One database behind every department.
Nothing is re-keyed from one team to the next.
02The problem
Not one of them is wrong on its own. Together they are a reconciliation job that runs every month, forever, and quietly costs more than the software.
A tender spreadsheet, a site group chat and the accountant's folder.
One project record every department reads from and writes to.
Monthly reporting assembled by hand from four exports.
A dashboard that is already the report, for the role reading it.
Access decided by who happens to have the file.
Access decided by role, and refused on every single request.
A general business tool bent into the shape of construction.
Procurement, QA/QC and HSE as first-class modules, not add-ons.
03The platform
Every department in the same system, on the same project record — with procurement, quality and safety treated as first-class work rather than add-ons. NESTO is modular. Companies activate the functions they need, while shared records and permissions keep the selected modules connected.
The day-to-day of delivering a project.
10Every project as one record: programme, team, budget, drawings and status.
Daily work assigned across site and office, always against a project.
Agendas, minutes, decisions and the actions that follow — each action able to become a task.
Weekly timesheets against projects and tasks — logged in minutes, approved by the right person, reported without surveillance.
One site diary per project per day — workforce, work done, deliveries, delays and photos, reviewed and locked as the record.
Every worker the company employs, with or without a login — trades, crews, project sites and the attendance recorded where they work.
Every contractor you engage — project assignments, work packages, insurance and guarantees, and the contracts behind them.
Drawing and document registers with controlled revisions, RFIs, submittals, method statements and transmittals.
Clients, contacts, and the history of every job you have delivered for them.
Drawings, method statements, certificates and contracts in one place.
The eight functions a construction company runs on.
08Budgets, invoices, payments and cost against value — per project and company-wide.
Crews and staff, attendance, leave, records and recruitment.
Pipeline, opportunities and proposals — the tender before it becomes a contract.
Contracts, approvals and notices, with the paper trail intact.
Requests, RFQs, tenders, suppliers, purchase orders and deliveries.
Materials, stock levels and movements across stores and sites.
Inspections, non-conformances, tests and punch lists, closed out on the record.
Incidents, permits, inspections and corrective actions.
The organisation behind the projects.
06Everyone in the group, with where they work, what they work on and how to reach them.
Everyone in the company, with the department and role they work under.
The parent group above your companies: its departments, the heads who run them, and the people HR brings in.
Company identity and the details every document is issued under.
Roles, users, module activation and appearance, held by the administrator.
Internal requests and the knowledge base your own team writes.
04Built around the role
A site engineer should not have to walk past the payroll to reach an inspection. In NESTO, the role decides the navigation, the dashboard, the quick actions and what the server will answer — all from one configuration.
Executive
Company performance, approvals, project setup and strategic oversight.
Projects
Runs projects, tasks, teams and client delivery.
Procurement
Purchasing, suppliers, RFQs and orders.
Quality
Inspections, non-conformances and quality control.
Health & Safety
Safety performance, incidents, permits and actions.
Finance
Revenue, costs, invoicing and financial control.
05End to end
A project does not stop at handover and it does not start on site. NESTO follows the whole thing, and every stage writes to the same record.
Pipeline, client history and the proposal that becomes a contract.
Contract, budget and payment terms recorded once, then referenced everywhere.
Programme, team, suppliers and long-lead orders, before anyone breaks ground.
Daily work, materials and drawings tracked against the programme.
Inspections, NCRs, permits and incidents — evidence, not recollection.
Final account, as-built documentation, and what the next tender learns from it.
06Company & Group architecture
NESTO models how construction and property groups are actually organised — a parent Group, the legal companies beneath it, the departments that serve them and the projects each company owns.
01
Holds the central departments — Finance, Legal, Procurement, Architecture, HR — that serve every company.
02
Each legal company keeps its own name, registration, people and projects, without becoming a separate system.
03
A Group department reaches exactly the companies and projects it has been given, and nothing else.
04
Every project belongs to the company that owns it. Group visibility never erases that boundary.
05
One account per person, with layered memberships: Group, company and project, each with its own role.
A person in Group Finance can review invoices for two companies and one project with the same account, while a third company stays out of reach. Access is decided by membership and role, never by who happens to have a file.
07Why it feels different
A narrow palette, one type scale, one component library and no ornament that does not carry information.
Pages render on the server and ship almost no JavaScript. This site loads no images at all — every line, chart and frame you see is drawn from the same tokens the product uses.
Every module, one design system. A single file holds every colour, radius, shadow and duration, so no screen invents its own. Learn one module and you have learned all of them.
Permissions are derived from the role, not written into screens. A module hidden from the sidebar is also refused by the router — the two are the same configuration, so they cannot drift apart.
08Access
Construction data is commercially sensitive long before it is legally sensitive — margins, claims, incidents, payroll. NESTO treats access as part of the architecture rather than a checkbox on an admin screen.
09ROZARIS
ROZARIS is NESTO's sales environment for developers: Units, buyers, contracts and the published 3D project, all on the same records.
Apartments, villas, shops and parking created once inside the project, with area, floor, price and status.
Reservations, sale contracts and payment schedules attached to the exact Unit and buyer.
Every buyer linked to the Units they reserve or buy, with the history Sales, Legal and Finance share.
The published 3D project reads the same Units, so availability in the viewer is availability in the ERP.
The same Unit can be used by Sales, Legal, Finance and the published 3D experience.

11Questions
An operating system for construction and real-estate companies: one workspace for projects, tasks, documents, finance, HR, sales, legal, procurement, inventory, QA/QC, HSE and company administration, with one database and one permission system behind all of it.
Developers selling Units, contractors delivering on site, and Groups running several legal companies with central departments.
Work modules such as Projects, Tasks, Meetings, Timesheets, Daily Logs, Workforce, Contractors, Engineering, Clients and Documents; department modules such as Finance, HR, Sales, Legal, Procurement, Inventory, QA/QC and HSE; and company modules such as People, Team, Organization and Settings. Companies activate the ones they need.
Yes. ROZARIS is a foundation of its own for developers who need Units, buyers, contracts and the 3D project first. The wider platform can be added later on the same records.
Yes. A module added later starts from the records you already have — the same company, projects, people and Units.
Your administrator creates accounts and assigns each person a role at Group, company or project level. People sign in with a username and password; access follows the role.
Yes. NESTO is a responsive web application, so daily logs, inspections, tasks and approvals work from a phone or tablet on site.
Yes, within the scope they are given. A Group department reaches the companies and projects it is a member of, and nothing else.
By role and scope. What a person can see and do is decided by their memberships, and every request is checked on the server — hiding a button is never the only protection, and read-only stays read-only.
Modularly: a foundation, the modules you need, your companies, projects, users and contract term. The pricing page calculates it as you build — no quote required to see a number.
ROZARIS publishes and connects your 3D project to the Units in NESTO. Producing the 3D model itself is a separate service; ask us and we will scope it with you.
